30-day Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

You have a 30-day period from receipt of the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellation requests for orders can only be accommodated within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be processed.

Upon receiving your cancellation request within 24 hours, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will then be notified if your refund request is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified period.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, contact us at support@furniwrench.com. Once your returned item reaches our facility and undergoes inspection, we will send you an email acknowledging its receipt. Following inspection, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

If your return is approved, instructions on how and where to ship the package will be provided. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging; otherwise, a partial refund equivalent to 10% ofFurniwrench's cost may apply. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items. These costs are non-refundable. Any shipping costs, including expedited processing and insurance, will not be refunded after the return process is completed.

Refund Details:

Refunds cover only the cost of returned items; shipping costs or additional fees will not be refunded after the return.

For damaged or incorrectly delivered items within the first 30 days of delivery, send evidence to support@furniwrench.com for prompt assistance. Replacements will be expedited at no additional cost.

Customer Remorse: Customers requesting returns due to the wrong product being purchased or wishing for an exchange are responsible for return shipping costs.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If your refund has not been received within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account. Most banks take 2-4 business days to process refunds. If the delay in the refund persists, contact support@furniwrench.com to obtain an authorization number and work with your bank to resolve the issue.
